quiet waters ranch & guesthouse improvements
$8.2 million
Double the number of Warriors we serve by expanding Ranch facilities to host larger Built for More cohorts in a more functional, purpose-built environment.
why this matters
To deliver a transformative experience at scale, WQW requires facilities that function as a cohesive system, where lodging, private facilitation space, and operational infrastructure are all aligned.
The current "Red Barn" at Quiet Waters Ranch is over a century old and no longer adequate for WQW's growing program needs. Warriors and volunteers today contend with walls that offer virtually no sound privacy, persistent summer fly infestations, a leaking roof, and a failing septic system, conditions that fall far short of the high quality programming that WQW prides itself on. These sub-par conditions limit cohort sizes and cannot support the accessibility, functionality, or capacity required to serve more Warriors. To double the number of veterans in Built for More, we need purpose-built facilities designed for transformation.
