why this matters
To grow from 23 to 40 program weeks annually, WQW needs to expand its team. Currently, our program staff operate at full capacity—there's no room to serve more Warriors without more people to guide them through the Built for More journey. This investment adds three full-time program staff positions in perpetuity, enabling WQW to meet the growing demand from veterans seeking transformation.

$5 million to the Henry H. and Marion S. Uihlein Warrior Endowment
Unlike annual funding that requires renewal each year, an endowment gift provides permanent support. An additional $5 million to WQW's existing Warrior Endowment will cover these three staff positions in perpetuity—not just for a year, but forever.
