Over the course of his 33-year career, Mark gained extensive global leadership experience, leading multinational and intergovernmental teams. As a career Green Beret, Mark has served at every echelon of Special Operations Forces, leading our nation’s very best.  Mark served throughout the Middle East, Europe, and North Africa.  He has had the opportunity to lead strategic planning and operations working with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, the United Nations, the European Union, the Department of State, and the United States Agency for International Development.  Mark’s last assignment in the United States Army was serving as the United States Security Coordinator for Israel and the Palestinian Authority. 

After transitioning from military service, Mark and his family returned to his home state of Colorado.  He is the Owner and Principal of Indelible Alliance LLC, providing expert assessments and mentorship to corporate and government sector leaders and C-Suite principals.  Mark serves as a Senior Advisor and Faculty with Thayer Leadership. He is a Senior Fellow with the RAND Corporation and serves as a  Defense Consultant with multiple Aerospace and Defense firms.  In addition to his service as a volunteer and a Board Director with Warriors & Quiet Waters, Mark serves as a mentor for transitioning service members through America Corporate Partners.
