Margaret Madrigal

Margaret Serves as Executive Director for Wells Fargo Commercial Bank group based in Montana. In her role, she partners with middle-market companies across diverse industries to deliver tailored financial solutions that support growth and long-term success.

Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Margaret earned her bachelor’s degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. She brings over 15 years of experience in commercial banking, having worked in multiple markets including Phoenix, Denver, and now Montana.

Margaret is deeply committed to community engagement. In addition to serving on WQW Board, she also serves on other local Montana Non-Profit Boards including Fay Rural Community Foundation, as well as committee member for the Montana Chamber of Commerce Women in Business initiative. She has served on other boards in her previous markets such as the Denver Women’s Foundation and Fresh Start Women’s Foundation in Phoenix.

Outside of work, Margaret enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, and takes full advantage of Montana’s great outdoors—skiing, hiking, fishing, golfing, and anything that keeps her active in nature.
