Judy Lazaro is a marketing and business growth professional with more than 30 years of experience helping technology companies, from emerging startups to global enterprises, strengthen their market presence and capitalize on new opportunities. Through her consulting practice, Lazaro & Associates, she led strategic marketing initiatives, guided organizations through business transitions, and established strategic alliances that expanded market reach and created long-term value for clients.

Known for her collaborative approach, practical problem-solving, and ability to translate ideas into action, Judy brings diverse perspectives together to advance shared goals and mission-driven outcomes.

Judy is honored to serve on the National Advisory Board of Warriors & Quiet Waters and was immediately drawn to the organization’s mission and its unique approach to helping post-9/11 combat veterans and their loved ones build connections, resilience, community, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Born and raised in the Boston area, Judy holds a degree in Organizational Behavior from Lesley University and an Executive MBA from Northeastern University's D'Amore-McKim School of Business. She and her husband, Howard, relocated to Montana in 2023, where she enjoys hiking, tennis, golf, and embracing the Montana outdoors.
