Brandon vanlandingham
Brandon Vanlandingham brings a diverse background in organizational development, leadership, and systems design. He currently serves as an Organizational Development Specialist at MT Contracting, where he leads company-wide initiatives to bring greater clarity, cohesion, and accountability across business functions. His work focuses on improving operational alignment between teams, developing data-driven performance systems, and strengthening organizational structure to support sustainable growth.
Outside of his professional role, Brandon is completing his M.S. in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering at Montana State University, where his research centers on validating a multi-dimensional model of organizational efficiency through socio-technical systems theory and change management principles. His research explores how alignment among people, process, and strategy influences performance and adaptability in complex environments.
Brandon’s connection to the Warriors & Quiet Waters mission runs deep. Seeing the effects of combat firsthand through his immediate family instilled within him a lifelong respect for service, discipline, and community. Outside of his professional work, he is an avid trail runner, Muay Thai practitioner, and founder of a DJ business.
