Alison Medbery served as Vice President of Finance for Ball Aerospace from 2014 until her retirement in 2023. Ball Aerospace, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ball Corporation with $2B in annual sales, relied on her leadership for financial reporting, business metrics, financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, government compliance, project controls, and finance operations.

Medbery joined Ball Aerospace in 1995 as a business analyst and held numerous finance leadership roles throughout her career.

She served on the boards of Women in Aerospace and Community Food Share in Louisville, Colorado, and was a member of the Aerospace Industry Association, where she served as a chairperson for the Acquisition Policy Council. She also served as executive sponsor for the Women’s Ball Network at Ball Aerospace and is an advocate for women and their career growth.

Medbery holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Colorado State University.

Since retiring, Alison has focused her time on the people and causes that matter most to her. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, backpacking, and giving back through volunteer work with organizations that reflect her core values. In that spirit, she currently serves as a board member for Warriors & Quiet Waters, supporting its mission to help post – 9/11 veterans heal and thrive.
